Dont know about you guys, but when I have fever, I sometimes

1. raise my neck up,

2. put my hands straight like in attention position,

3. open my fists and stretch my palm.

4. close my eyes,

5. Imagine myself burning and zooming across the sky.

It sure damn feels like the Human Torch

Read the reviews and comments that this guy has written. Its fun to read. And not for girls for sure!!

2. And then comes the best thing that happened to the TV, Top Gear. Here is one of the latest episodes of the same and has a nice ‘challange’ too. Do turn the volume to the max!

Too good to resist?

Touched By Touch.

October 10, 2007

Replying to comments on the prev. Post.

On my touch:

1. I can install 1000’s of apps and make the whole experience better.

2. I can write on it, and i mean Write.

my signature for mails sent from my phone is

“writing” from my touch. spelling nristaKcs are due to bad hand writing.

3. The touch response is fast. I can type really really fast in landscape mode with my two thumbs.

4. Slow processor problem can be over taken by overclocking the processor.

5. I can play games on it.

6. I can install and play 3d games. This includes Call of Duty!

7. I can transfer files over Bluetooth, and hence can use the phone as a remote control for my PC.

8. I can connect to my wireless lan and use the networking features like mapping and unmaping network drives, copy files to and fro from the PC.

9. Since it has WinMobile 6, i can do a remote desktop to my PC.

10. Since its Windows, there are a lot of apps. Like unreal streaming media player and watch TV being streamed over the network (TV on IIIT Lan…rmr?)

11. Since its windows, i can install various media players and hence play virtually any and every video format know. What more, i can play things over network, being streamed, from the net, and various memory cards.

12. I can install apps to control my desktop over the wireles LAN. Including mouse movements. Something like touching the touchscreen and moving the mouse.

13. I can change the registries and hence change various features of the OS. Something like to use cache or not. How much of the Cache to use?

14. If I want IPhone like GUI, i can always install apps that can do the same for me :) including “slide to unlock”.

An IPhone on the other hand, Can Not do these.

OVL: Lasik is good, i am happy i got it done. World wasnt this good for a long time now. Tell me if you want more details :)

Phone Facts.

October 10, 2007

I recently bought Htc Touch. The phone Rocks. Its so good a thing that when compared with iphone, it still sounds better in most things.

Anyway, it cost me 19K, so for me this is the best thing eer made by man (after my laptop ofcourse, which is around 3 times better).

My ex flatmate had bought a Sony Ericsson 830i or something like that for 17K. Now, the funny thing about that phone was, it used to do the same things like my 550i (cost me 9K around 6 months before he bought it). So, thats some intelligent shopping for you.

Coming back to Touchy-Feely, the phone is amazing. Has everything you want (no IR though). The phone is SO customisable that i am right now overclocking it :). Running a TI Omap 850 at 260mhz (stock processor = 201, for touch, they scaled that down to 186).

It has WLAN and Bluetooth. So basically, as long as i am in range i am connected to my home network. The Windows Mobile 6 enables me to enjoy RemoteDesktop :) and similar apps let me control the desktop remotely.

It has been over a month since i bought it, and i am still not bored with it. Usually the bored-of-it timeline is 1 week max for any and every electrical/electronic equipment. I find new apps to install and exploit the phone in every possible way.

One Last thing. I want to start “No PS movement”. Seems people are writing 3 boring lines in their posts and then 100 interesting ones in PSes. Please shift them to the main area. Its all chudur IVs fault.

Oh, that flatmate of mine, made his sister buy the phone for him. Call it submission to begging or sisters love, he got it.

La-Z

October 1, 2007

It was more than 10 months ago now on a fine sunday morning, that i decided to get a hair cut. But the Laziness in me, thought otherwise.

“If  I decide to grow my hair, i wont have to get up and go for a haircut. Today, or for next many months”

And then around a month back, on again a sunday morning, i decided to shave my beard. But then, Laziness, enjoying the sweet victory for the past 10 months, won again.

Here is what i am talking about.

Tree Me

My office mates LOVE screwing my hair. Their aim now is to tie a knot ..
